In 2006, computer industry giant Dell
asked Creative Bandwidth to develop a suite of
solutions targeting critical behaviors in the technology sales space.
The complication? Sales teams in the Philippines
and Panama needed to be able to use the games and perfect their English
at the same time!
The result are fun, fast, easy-to-learn and
tough-to-master card games that:
- Take less than 15 minutes to learn & play
- Teach key customer service behaviors (empathy,
creativity, problem-solving)
- Give salespeople an opportunity to practice
upselling customers
- Deal with the classic objections in a sales or
customer service process
- Work with all levels of language comprehension
Since our initial success, the Creative Bandwidth team
adapted and expanded the games to serve the Cable TV industry in
Australia, global financial services for Citigroup, and the
telecommunications industry in the United States.
