About Us...

Creative Bandwidth was founded when a group of Fortune 50 business leaders, game designers, and entrepreneurs got stuck in a terminally dull 'team-builder' in Austin, Texas...

After that horrible, boring, frustrating all-day experience, founders Karen and Stephen Sopko decided on a different (creative, relevant, fun) approach to corporate and individual learning.

Our company mantra (Entertain, Educate, Inspire) is based on the notion that people learn best when they are fully engaged - and the best way to do this is by entertaining them.

Our mission is to prove that entertainment plus education yields inspiration.

We use a unique approach, and patent-pending methodology, to teach high-level business skills such as:

  • Sales
  • Customer Retention and Support
  • Interviewing & Hiring
  • Diversity & Inclusion
  • Negotiation
  • Global Teambuilding
  • Creativity Management

Our delivery methods include on-site events, pre-packaged games, on-line simulation, and interactive role-playing.
